We are Jessica & Sarah

hey there

Back in 2008, we decided to turn a hobby into a career and our photography business was born. Over the years we’ve worked with amazing couples who continue to remind us why we love what we do. We have a passion for making our couples feel comfortable and having fun while capturing memories that can be cherished for years to come.

We also really like geeking out over Star Wars, traveling to new & exciting places (so far we’ve been to Scotland, Ireland, England, Canada, Mexico, the Bahamas and most of the US), and trying different foods!

It’s no secret, we love to travel! And we love weddings! The amount of times we’ve been on vacation and turned to each other to say “I’d love to shoot a wedding here” is endless. Some of our favorites include:

Fun facts about Jessica

No, it’s not a Negroni Sbagliato (with prosecco) but I’ll take a good gin & tonic (preferably with Hendricks!) Or a nice cup of English breakfast tea with milk & sugar.
This one is a hard one but I’d say Northern Ireland…so far ;)
No way I could pick just one! Seafood stew on the coast of Ireland, Lobster outside of Boston, Filet Mignon I could cut with a fork at a French restaurant in Louisville.

Fun facts about Sarah

Can best be described as eclectic :) You can find many random things around my apartment like family photos and heirlooms, records, plants, and homemade basket light fixtures.
I love winter! I’ve never enjoyed being in the heat (oddly enough I lived in the desert for 6 years).
I’ve visited 42 states and 6 countries. And of the ones I have visited so far, my favorites are Michigan & Scotland. I would live in Scotland in a heartbeat.
I am a sucker for a good period piece show or movie. I have seen almost ever Jane Austen adaptation and I’ve watch the show North & South all the way through 3 times. I just can’t resist a strong female character and her strapping love interest.
